Using the Search Form:

• Enter text and/or select menu options below to define the desired search and click the SUBMIT button to execute the query.
• If no options are entered, a query will return all of the NYSGXRC target entries from the database.
• Either Sequence or rest of the options have to be entered but not both.
• For a FASTA sequence comparison, enter the sequence into the sequence text box with the desired E-value.
• The targets that are 90% identical to the query sequence as a result of blast will be shown in the resulting page.
